With over 30 years’ experience in residential resale, new homes, light commercial and unique “special properties”, my energy is directed to excellent service to clients and customers and catering to individual needs in an ever changing market. I have a wide variety of interests and enjoy involvement in community, outreach, and volunteer programs which allows the opportunity to develop a broad client base and line for referrals.

As a real estate investor, I have acquired a knowledge of creative financing and a good relationship with lenders; many techniques and avenues have been explored to assist with real estate financial information. I maintain a knowledge of the local market and stay in close contact with other real estate professionals in the area such as home inspectors and closing attorneys to help give you a smooth transaction from beginning to closing.

Whether you are a buyer or a seller, before and after closing, I will be available anytime to help with your real estate needs; keeping in mind that it’s not just “property” but you and your quality of life that you have entrusted to me.

Lynn was born and raised on Saint Simons Island and loves sharing her knowledge and love of the Golden Isles. She is an avid outdoorsman; when she is not in the office, you will often find her fishing with her husband, paddle boarding with friends, or walking the beach looking for sharks' teeth. It's been said she is the Shark Tooth Whisperer! Lynn loves spending time with her family which includes her parents who have lived on the Island since 1962, her five children, one perfect grandson and her dog Buzz. Lynn started her career in Real Estate in 2004 following the birth of her third child. Since then she has enjoyed bringing her Southern Charm and love of the Coast to her clients who quickly become friends. "Buying or Selling a home should be an enjoyable experience. I really love working with the wonderful people I meet! There is something for everyone along Georgia's Coast and in the Golden Isles. I have owned and operated businesses in Tennessee and Georgia, and have owned both Residential and Commercial properties, so I can relate to most situations, and help you with any Real Estate Transaction. I am a Georgia native, but lived in several other states after graduating from Ga Tech. I served in the US Army, worked for a large international company, started my own business in Tennessee, finally came back to Georgia in 1996, and started helping people with their real estate needs in 1999. The Golden Isles is a great place to live!

I grew up on my family’s farm surrounded by land, trees and animals. Five years ago, I decided I would like to see what it was like to live “in town” so I moved to St. Simons Island. Now I am surrounded by water, trees, and animals. I enjoy paddleboarding in the ocean, walking on the beach, and hiking through the woods at Cannon’s Point. I have volunteered with CASA Glynn, the Seafarer’s Center, the Well, and Safe Harbor and am a member of Christ Church. I feel wonderfully blessed to live in such a warm and friendly community. It wasn’t long after visiting me that my nieces and their families moved here. They have described living here with young children as “so easy”.
